Yes — you need a verified Meta Business Account with a WhatsApp Business Account attached. The authorization flow takes about 5 minutes.
ChatBridge passes through Meta's messaging tier limits (Tier 1: 1,000 conversations/day). We don't add our own rate limits on top. If you're hitting Meta's tier ceiling, we surface that error clearly.
We queue every inbound event and retry failed deliveries with exponential backoff. If your endpoint is down, you won't lose messages. You can also replay a webhook from the dashboard.
