Switch to ChatBridge

Leaving Wati or AiSensy?
Your number comes with you.

Your WABA, phone number, and approved templates are Meta assets — not your tool's. Switching is a reconnect, not a rebuild.

The switch, step by step

  1. 1

    Connect the same WhatsApp number

Your WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, display name, and quality rating are Meta assets — they belong to you, not to Wati or AiSensy. Connect the same WABA to ChatBridge through Meta's Embedded Signup (a two-minute Facebook login flow); nothing about your number changes for your customers.

  2. 2

Your approved templates come with you

Approved message templates live on your WABA, not in your old tool. The moment your account is connected, ChatBridge syncs them in — categories, languages, headers, buttons, and quality ratings included. No re-submission, no re-approval wait.

  3. 3

    Import your contacts

Export contacts from your current tool as a CSV and import them with ChatBridge's preview-and-validate importer — you see exactly what will be created before committing, and duplicates against existing contacts are skipped, so your list is ready for its first broadcast.

  4. 4

    Rebuild your automations — better

Recreate your flows in the visual workflow builder (triggers, conditions, delays, A/B splits, multiple entry triggers), set up drip sequences, ticketing pipelines with SLA, and CSAT surveys. This is usually where switchers realize the old tool was the ceiling.

What doesn't transfer (so you can plan)

Conversation history stays in your old tool — Meta doesn't expose past messages to a new platform, so no vendor can migrate them. Export what you need before you cancel. Chatbot flows and automations also need recreating (their logic lives in the old tool, not on Meta); most teams rebuild them in ChatBridge's workflow builder in an afternoon. Connect your WABA during the free trial and switch over when you're satisfied.
